Here, we will discuss the current workout cohort that’s going on!
We are currently filling the Mindfulness Challenge 3-Week Bootcamp cohort at this time. We are in pre-week! This challenge uses yoga’s positioning and stretching techniques to gently push your body and discover your limits and how to push them. We will be using mindfulness to meditate on Scripture and tranquility and prayer, reconnecting with God as we work on our physical health as well!
This workout is great for those who are healing from or currently dealing with chronic disease, or who suffer from anxiety and depression. Endorphins from excercise have been clincially shown to combat these conditions.
